This Children's Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how Nyro Dynamics ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information from children under 13 years of age through the Nyro Quest mobile application ("App").

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable Canadian privacy legislation regarding children's data.

Key point: Children cannot create accounts or provide information to us directly. All Child profiles are created and managed by a Parent or legal guardian who has consented to this notice.
